      There's no shortage of work to do

      Don't expect to know anything from higher ups. They're extremely secretive about everything at management level and higher. The healthcare benefits are laughably expensive and the provider is not accepted in most places

      Pros

      Great company to work for. The supervisors and GM are supportive, understanding, and genuinely care about their employees. They go out of their way to help both on and off the job. If you show up and do what you’re supposed to, they take care of you. Overall, a very positive place to work.

      Cons

      Can be a dirty job at times, and it gets cold in the winter, but overall it’s a great place to work.
