Pros

Positive team culture. Lots of genuine, smart, hard-working people. Fast moving work environment. Managers are very flexible and accommodating. Decent opportunities to work on real and complex business problems. Strong emphasis on listening to customers.

Cons

Upper management is completely disorganized and disconnected from the development team. Shifting priorities and product vision are poorly communicated. Leaders are not receptive to feedback on process issues. Every day is crunch time. This is usually fine with me, but couple that with below-market pay and it was hard to justify staying there.

Pros

QuVa Pharma is an excellent place for anyone interested in sterile manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and cleanroom operations. The company maintains high-quality standards and provides hands-on experience with aseptic techniques, batch documentation, and GMP compliance. Management encourages learning, and team leads are approachable and supportive. The work environment is structured, fast-paced, and safety-driven, which helps you develop strong technical and regulatory discipline. Great opportunity for career growth if you’re passionate about quality and operational excellence.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times due to strict production schedules, but it teaches valuable time management and precision skills essential in a regulated environment.

Pros

Pay checks were on time

Cons

The CEO is a bully. He will rip into someone just for having a different opinion. Yelling, belittling, the whole thing. And nobody does anything about it because he's the owner. Other people in leadership have started doing the same thing because why not — clearly that's what gets you ahead here. They brought in a bunch of outside people to try to "mature" the company. Guess what happened. Almost all of them got pushed out. The only ones left are the ones who just agree with everything the CEO says. Doesn't matter if he's wrong. And then there are the people who have been there forever and act like that makes them experts. It doesn't. They just remind you how long they've been there every chance they get. Whatever they knew once is long gone at this point. There's no strategy. Nobody is thinking big picture. It's just putting out fires every single day and calling it leadership.
