I have only been with QVI for 3 months, but it feels like so much longer because everyone here was so kind and welcoming from the very start. Prior to coming to QVI I worked 6 years at a company with a very toxic environment. I needed a more positive place to work where I would feel valued and appreciated, and QVI gave me that and more! I couldn't be happier with my decision to come here.

I can't think of one negative thing to say about this company.

This is a Lean, Quality focused, Production oriented manufacturing facility with a tremendous product line. The daily production schedule is determined by the Supervisors closest to the production line. Major Capital improvements are under way to service customer orders. The HR Team is very creative in providing ways to focus on a variety of activities, including the Annual Dinner event which brings the entire company together.
