QUANTAM - Decent pay, remote work, good benefits. Contracted Company - Good work/life balance

QUANTAM - I don't interact with them much to have anything to say here. Contracted Company - No real job training. No documented process/procedures. Management team micro-manages like crazy. The industry I work in is insanely complex and tons of edge case scenarios to build for.

Good flexibility, Quick hiriring process

After original contract finished, contract was renewed as project was not over, client chose to fire me once project was over (mid-new contract) instead of let go. Quantam did nothing in my defense and have not offered new contracts after and instead, cut off contact completely
