- Biggest con: the horrible HR dept. They lack respect and common human decency. All they do is sit in meetings together and look busy. If they do have any work they will pass it on to another person who does not work in the HR dept and then take the credit for it. The dept is unorganized beyond comprehension, you can tell there is either miscommunication, no communication at all, or they are blatantly lying to each other (seen it happen).
- Absolutely no work-life balance, people work 14hrs a day.
- People can be fired for not fitting in or simply because they didn't go around pleasing their managers even if you are doing your job.
