Pros

The people, camaraderie and team work make QM unlike most companies I've worked at. People genuinely care and are willing to help so I work harder to help them all back. Remote is also nice, mgt doesn't micromanage and the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Its still a start up so every 6 months or so things will change. No company is perfect and QM corrects pretty quickly when it misfires.

Pros

QM is great at listening to our customers and employees alike. When the market is looking for something new/better/different, we truly show up with quality offerings. QM is a nice to have solution, until you have it - then it's a have to have.

Pros

Quantum is full of people who are so smart and so talented who care about your success. From the top down you get a chance to connect with everyone on different levels and work on exciting things that drive real impact. The product is the best in the industry and we get to work with really cool companies and customers. I also love that we have a lot of flexibility and my manager is someone who cares about my growth and success each and every day.

Cons

The product is not without flaws. In my role that can dictate a lot of my reactive work when something is broken and customers have demanding needs. Some departments are stretched pretty thin but it’s been addressed that it’s a focus area. I think as a company we need to be better about making the platform and the pricing more simple to digest so we can focus on outcomes.
