There are no pros to working at a corrupt and discriminatory organization.
Cons
- Corrupt HR leadership . HR expected higher management to tolerate racial slurs being used in the workplace and intimidates managers to fire someone for hopping over the conveyor due to it being a “safety issue”. If you raise concerns you put a target on your back and will shortly lose your job so most don’t say anything. I’ve heard poor words being said about me by HR leadership, I don’t need to tell you how unprofessional and offensive that is. - Regional Leaders and Directors do as they please - no matter how unethical, or illegal. Including threatening team members with termination if they speak out. Leadership treads the line of illegal activity. - Good and ethical employees are ostracized and deemed annoying for wanting everyone to be treated fairly and respected. Eventually, they are pushed out. - No such thing as Work/Life balance. - The company rarely hires from within. Instead of addressing why that is they continue to pass by their team members for opportunities to advance. To name a few. Bonus structure would be a good deal if all the above issues didn’t exist .
