Pros

I actually really like this job despite the cons, I just want to see things improve Somewhat flexible schedule but has limitations Can plan out your own work days Quality Training Team is helpful and friendly

Cons

Hard to get and keep a consistent schedule, schedulers and managers are massively outnumbered by RAs, so I don't blame them. Its quite obvious that they cannot give the level of detail that is needed for a truly smooth and efficient scheduling process that would be better for both RAs and the company. HR is difficult to contact and takes a very long time and many attempts to get an answer to questions. Company apps and website are outdated, prone to glitches, not modern or as efficient as they could be whatsoever, so much room for improvement. Outdated product lists (wrong sizes, duplicates, bad descriptions) lead to slower collections. The transition of doing NIQ collections inside of the InfoQuest app instead of the NIQ app was terrible from December to mid March. There were severe slowdowns in iOS and repeated crashes in Android. InfoQuest was not designed for these 1500+ item jobs. That being said, things have improved massively in the last couple weeks. Almost as good as before the transition but still seems like a bad change overall to end users. The structure changes that occurred in December - March resulted in my communication with management basically stopping. It was basically not possible to reach my TEM via email and I couldn't call my scheduling specialist. Thankfully things have changed back to the pre-December-esque system and communication has improved the last 2 weeks since they changed back.

Pros

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Cons

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
