Pros

The environment internally is supportive, informational, and feels like a family. This isn't a glorious job, but they do what they can to not only give you the tools to succeed, but coach you through implementing the tools, and create a fun environment to perform in. The networking, and access to alumni/connections after the end of your time here make the time spent worth it.

Cons

This is not a glorious job. The best way I can describe it is a full-time paid internship, however it's not an internship where you don't do anything. You're thrown into the fire. The expectations are high, but fair. Everything you need to perform well, and have a good time here is available, you just have to be willing to use them.

Pros

Incredibly advantageous position fast-tracking you to a career in sales. Great environment and camaraderie in office. Everyone here is open to answer questions that you have and wants to see you succeed. REVGEN grads get a leg up in whatever positions they go into as well as job security if things don't work out at the next position you take after graduating.

Cons

Not a ton of benefits but this job is more like a stepping stone towards a career. Getting put on a difficult campaign may seem discouraging but it is very doable.
