Pros

The teams that you get to work with are often the best part of the job. Interesting, meaningful work for the most part.

Cons

RS&H is currently experiencing an extremely high turnover rate (including several long-term employees who have jumped ship) and there is frustration with associates across the company. RS&H likes to pride itself in culture and valuation of associates but this has not been the case for some time. Leadership will claim they want to make change but will not listen to what associates need. Some reasons for turnover include: -Lack of Development: They have cut access to training, conferences, employee resource groups and any kind of non-billable work for junior associates across the company in the name of utilization. Senior leadership still takes part in these with no issues however -Work Life Balance: If you are good at your job you will be worked to the ground. Many associates who have left in the last year have been burnt out to the point of exhaustion -Salary: RS&H doesnt pay competitive salaries. Leadership seems reluctant to pay long term employees what they are worth but will pay big money for outside hires. There are rarely any bonuses and when there are it is for a select few -Growth: RS&H has a "job architecture" for developing your career path however it is vague and unclear as to how you move up in the company. Even when you hit the necessary milestones for your career level you are not likely to move up
