Pros
The employer cares about the staff's personal growth. The colleagues here are friendly. The working hours are acceptable for work life balance. The job is not routine but quite interesting and challenging, which requires us to think out of the box all the time.
Cons
The staff training is not that formal enough. Not many social events are organised in the company.
