Pros
You will be pushed to your limit and beyond.
Cons
Out-of-touch, unskilled and incompetent, career-climbing leadership. Sr. management is either tenured unskilled leaders whose best career option is to continue the charade of the org OR external hires who have failed to advance at more reputable companies. This company bleeds money and talent. Directors with 1 year experience. Sr. Directors and VPs with NO experience. Almost entire Sr. Leadership group is in well over their heads and the ship is sinking. I have never in my life witnessed so many verbal screaming matches or absolutely pointless hour+ long meetings that literally end worse off than started. Your entire day will be filled with these types of interactions, day after day, week after week. Company continues to fail time and time again for its clients due to incompetence behind the scenes while lying to their face directly. Losing clients and any talented leaders at an alarming rate. No real plan for the future. Leadership is clueless on how to course correct. Chasing DEI as the company's main priority which is exacerbating the issues. HR policies are borderline illegal and I would not be surprised to start seeing lawsuits due to discrimination. Non-compliance throughout the org, especially OSHA. Prepare to be understaffed, meaning you will be doing the job of 5 people. Expectation of working 6-7 days a week and on call during planned vacations. Prepare to be unsupported, meaning your direct managers will be clueless or incompetent in helping solve issues. Years of short term fixes have created a company that can no longer function. If you are looking for a career move, this is the last place you want to be.
