Pros

This company has a genuinely positive culture, supported by committees and initiatives that foster a sense of belonging. Colleagues are generally respectful, collaborative, and open to feedback, and there is direct access to management, who are approachable and supportive. Work-life balance is generally healthy, though it can vary by department. The benefits package is adequate, with the free HMO health plan being the standout offering. For self-driven employees, there are opportunities to take on meaningful work and make an impact.

Cons

The company has faced repeated layoffs over multiple years, raising significant concerns about long-term stability. Career growth is limited and heavily dependent on the department. With a small organizational structure and long-tenured leadership, upward mobility is minimal, as critical tasks often cannot be transitioned. Compensation is below market relative to similar roles in the industry. Diversity was once emphasized, but with the diversity lead laid off, it is difficult to see future initiatives progressing meaningfully. The HR department have experienced higher turnover, creating inconsistencies in processes, support, and employee experience.
