Pros

If you are a yes man who just wants to fly under the radar and collect a measly paycheck, don't want to think for yourself, want to have to ask permission to do every part of your job, or if you care nothing for doing good work, then you will probably like working here.

Cons

* very low pay vs industry standard * the people aren't necessarily overflowing with talent- they are mostly just entry level people or whoever would accept the low pay that was being offered * micromanagement to the point you feel you can't breath * no opportunity for growth or advancement * abusive work place * too much office politics * senior management looks after their personal interests only and makes bad business decisions * extremely high turn over rate due to all the problems above CEO wants to be the next Steve Jobs but doesn't have the talent or the know-how. He runs the company like a spoiled rotten 5 year old- throwing tantrums when he doesn't get his way. This is why they are constantly burning through the investor money and his parent's real estate fortune. GM is a crook and everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie. He is steeling from the company and it's customers in every way imaginable so he can collect his fat commission checks. Nobody is interested in relocating to Irvine to work for you or the maniac you are letting run the company into the ground. Bring back Razer Guy!

Pros

Amazing company with very passionate and smart staff. Everyone works as a team twoards similar goals.

Cons

The work environment can be stressful. The culture and time difference with Singapore is something you need to get used to, but it doesn't take long to get accustomed to it,

Pros

Fun environment when customers are around.

Cons

Pressure which causes tension at work, poor communication skills, easily offended egos, ultra-strict clock-in rules but slow clock-in software.
