Pros

Great Pay, comprehensive benefits plans ( pricey if you have a spouse and kids ) 401(k) has a 4% match I believe 35 cents on the dollar ( hey? It’s free money ) and great management, Angela is a blessing to work with and is very understanding of your ever have a hectic personal life… Scott is a good leader and a great guy if you don’t give spit back.

Cons

Stressful sometimes, sporadic OT depending on demand, most of the temps are “slow” and will walk in front of your forklift.

Pros

The team I worked with was super friendly and made me feel welcomed right away. I also got to learn many new skills and had a large amount of creative freedom to let my ideas grow beyond a narrow set of requirements. I liked getting to work on several projects with people across the team because it meant I got to work in many different areas open enrollment, employee engagement, social media, graphic design. etc.)

Cons

I have to put something here, but I wouldn't say there are any cons to working as an intern.

Pros

Decent pay, friendly people and you can listen to music while you work

Cons

Poor management when I was there. Dirty place. Lots of feces and dead birds. Upper Management got caught having seggs with a worker in his office. Lots of theft out of the rainy day fund so we went without a lot. Management doesn't care. Safety isn't a priority and if you enforce it you are shunned. They monitor your personal calls and texts when you are off work and will fire you if you say anything they deem innappropriate.
