      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Hiring process was very easy.

      Cons

      Loooong hours. As a batchman I would work from 4-5am til about 6-7pm and then have to be back in at 1am. The hours can get crazy.

      The Spring, Fall and Summer are VERY busy but the days go by fast

      Cons

      During the busy times you are often working 10-12 hour days
