Pros

The initial role offers good experience in sales and customer service, but the benefits are overshadowed by internal management failures.

Cons

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.

Pros

Free movies twice a week.

Cons

The organization suffers from a severe breakdown in communication between store-level management and corporate HR. There is a lack of accountability regarding payroll and employee records. Specifically, manual time-clock adjustments promised by management are frequently neglected, leading to inaccurate attendance records. Furthermore, the off-boarding process is fundamentally broken. Official documentation, such as resignation notices, can be lost or withheld by local leadership without any digital oversight, resulting in "ineligible for rehire" statuses for employees who followed all protocols. The most concerning aspect is the contradictory information provided by Corporate HR; they tend to shift their reasoning for administrative errors even when presented with physical evidence of attendance and compliance.
