I have to say that regency oaks is one of the best places to work that really try’s to show their appreciation and gives back to the employees. It is always clean and pleasant. The managers are available to lend a hand and help with things.

No matter where you work you will have issues. I feel that regency does a great job at trying to find solutions when they are made aware of an issue. But remember people can’t fix what they don’t know is wrong.

I currently work at Regency Oaks Health Center and overall the staff here really cares about the residents. Most coworkers are supportive and willing to help when things get busy. The facility is clean and organized, and management tries to address concerns when brought up professionally. It’s a good place to gain experience in healthcare and build relationships with residents and families.

Communication between departments could also improve at times. Pay for
