      Fast paced working environment with opportunities to join work way above your pay grade.

      Cons

      Work from home is "allowed' for half a shift per week but is heavily frowned upon. Organizational goals change near daily. Upper Management is more concerned about upfront timelines than actually making a system work.

      work with some good people

      Cons

      1) Contractors have a HUGE uphill battle to becoming a full time Regeneron employee - no matter how good they are. 2) At the mercy of too much favoritism 3) The expectations can be unrealistic depending on who your supervisor is.
