Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Flexible hours and competitive pay

Cons

Although Pay is competitive, they offset that by trying their Hardest to cut your hours. Upper management insists that providers see their MED A patients for only 15 minutes. So there are two options: either see 20 to 25 patients at 15 minutes per day or see a normal amount of patients in one day and cut your hours. They do not care about the patients or their employees. All they care about is making a profit. The buildings they contract with in my area not happy either because they are getting a lot of complaints from families that their loved ones are only able to be seen for 15 minutes. We are really hoping another company comes in next year to save us and are actively looking for jobs. We were such a happy team before they came in and now every day we’re stressed and worried if we will get fired or not be able to pay our bills because they want to cut our hours for not following their unethical and fraudulent rules. And to top it off, most of the Human Resources people we’ve dealt with are passive aggressive, rude and unhelpful.
