Break times weren't the best and supervisors did a poor job at rewarding hard workers.

LOVED being on-site and acting as HR; from running ads, screening, interviewing, UA's, background cks and finally, hopefully, an offer

Using temp to perm staff in a small town, so quite a bit of "repeat performers" who have been dismissed by multiple clients. Very little "new candidates" to work with.
