Everything else. There is no job security- they will constantly threaten you with loosing your job. They are very money hungry and could care less about their emloyees

LOVED being on-site and acting as HR; from running ads, screening, interviewing, UA's, background cks and finally, hopefully, an offer

Cons

Using temp to perm staff in a small town, so quite a bit of "repeat performers" who have been dismissed by multiple clients. Very little "new candidates" to work with.
