      There are no pros currently. All the Pros have left the company after privatization.

      Riverbed Hr/management is known to write fake reviews before. They used to send mails asking everyone to write good things about the company. It is doing it again. All the reviews you see talking all +ve stuff are fake, ask any current/former employee.

      Pros

      The people were talented with a really good mentoring and training program. Good benefits and a healthy organization to improve selling services with solid products to enable clients

      There was some financial health issues and growth stunted with people leaving

      The benefits are actually really good

      Cons

      Everything else is bad. No career progression, no raises and the environment is incredibly petty and toxic. Revenue at this company isn't going to improve and they've already gone bankrupt at least once that I know of in the last few years.
