Pros

Rocket Leadership is good at lying.

Cons

1. The COO is illiterate and insane. She has made millions by mistreating her people, forcing them to work ridiclous hours, and by good old-fashioned lying. 2. The CEO is incapable of being a leader and morally bankrupt. Points 1 and 2 ruin the entire culture of the organization although there are good people that do their jobs well in non ELT postions. If you are thinking about working at Rocket-DON'T! Read the negative reviews carefully and then look at the positive reviews-the positive reviews are all fake. Then do some research and look at how long the majority of Rocket employees stay with the organization.

Pros

Over the past year, the company has undergone a noticeable and positive evolution, with a much sharper strategic focus and a more deliberate approach to how time, talent, and resources are deployed. There is a strong and visible commitment to advancing the programs with the highest potential to meaningfully impact patients, paired with an increasing emphasis on scientific excellence, operational rigor, and disciplined execution. Teams across the organization are deeply mission-driven, collaborative, and united by a genuine sense of responsibility to patients, which consistently guides decision-making at every level. Leadership is engaged, approachable, and transparent, and has been thoughtful and decisive in setting priorities as programs progress into critical clinical, regulatory, and company-defining stages. This combination of clarity, alignment, and purpose has created real momentum and a growing sense of optimism and excitement about the company’s future and the impact its work can have.

Cons

As with any growing biotech, the pace can be intense and change is constant. Priorities can shift quickly as data emerge or external factors evolve, which can be challenging at times but this reflects the reality of working at the forefront of science.
