      Flexible schedule 10 hour shifts Great cct experience

      Cons

      Down sized units Too many open shifts and not enough employees No night time pay Constantly no lunch without being paid for it Weekends have a total of 5 for day shift and maybe 3 for night shift Lost its family aspect

      Pros

      The overall experience is not only made a positive impact on me, but it has also upbuilded me to work hard. All thanks to my FTO working with me to gain the confidence needed, but also giving pointers on how to improve.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind about cons. The experience has been really nice form academy to working on the field with everyone. Over all its been really positive.
