      Royal Caribbean takes great care of their employees, from hurricane evacuations to support throughout COVID-19 pandemic. Working at Royal I always feel informed and inclusive with all the information and updates from leadership, while get all the support I need to navigate through this challenging time professionally and personally.

      Pros

      Free cruises are nice, and some individuals are great.

      Cons

      It’s like working at a hedge fund - toxic culture, degrading leadership, long hours, hard work, no room for growth, etc. Only issue it’s a cruise line, so you have all the negatives without the pay or prestige. Most of their finance department left over the last year. Very large turnover due to incompetence at the director level and up.
