      In my experience, management is sometimes vindictive and manipulative, depending on location and who your supervisor is determines if you are successful in your roll.

      Pros

      Pay is good if you were hired before the kids took over.

      Cons

      Not the same company since Bill senior left. Now its a mens club. Toxic environment. The corporate greed stench is worse than the smell coming off the mountain. Older employees are pushed out because they make too much money. Work from home was taken away for no reason. I had to leave because I couldn't take it anymore.
