Great culture and growth opportunities with few downsides - Sales Rumpke Waste & Recycling Employee Review

The Company truly practices what the mission statement says. They take a tremendous amount of pride in the fact that they have employees that have worked here for decades or that they have long tenured people retire from the company. Rumpke invests in the people that work for them and provides an opportunity to carve out a career path.

The only problem I have, is I wish I had joined the Company several years ago. I am only 1 year in at Rumpke and can see myself retiring from the company.

Pay is good if you were hired before the kids took over.

Not the same company since Bill senior left. Now its a mens club. Toxic environment. The corporate greed stench is worse than the smell coming off the mountain. Older employees are pushed out because they make too much money. Work from home was taken away for no reason. I had to leave because I couldn't take it anymore.
