      Pros

      Experienced team of consultants doing quality work, good base pay, flexible PTO, safe working conditions, and great work culture that values your personal life outside of the office.

      Cons

      No 401k match, weak employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) that encourages you to contribute your own funds, small bonuses for middle management, and no medical until one month into starting work.

      Pros

      The Raleigh office is a tight knit group. Really great technicians who complete their work effectively and efficiently, and are more than willing to help train newer technicians.

      Cons

      Schedule may be sporadic and they may have you at a different site everyday.

      On boarding was a nightmare. Location I worked at was complete amateur hour.
