      Pros

      Financially stable company with opportunities to be involved with many types of projects.

      Cons

      There is too much corporate overhead and corporate waste on unnecessary positions and management. Some managers lack the willingness to discipline and/or terminate employees who do not contribute to the team at the local and area levels.

      Pros

      The Raleigh office is a tight knit group. Really great technicians who complete their work effectively and efficiently, and are more than willing to help train newer technicians.

      Cons

      Schedule may be sporadic and they may have you at a different site everyday.
