Everything so far! There’s no such thing as a perfect place, business or person, and I’m sure I’ll find quirks along the way, but this place is truly amazing. The hiring process was smooth and simple, the pay and benefits are fantastic, the training has been patient and thorough and based on my style and speed of learning, the culture is warm and welcoming, people are more than willing to teach and share about what they do when presented with a curious ear, the employees (including the CEO) are phenomenal. No one treats or is treated differently based on position(s), education or hierarchy, everyone is happy to answer questions and seems passionate about what they do.

I've been at S-E-A for just shy of a year. It has been a great experience working for this company. My colleagues are all hardworking individuals eager to collaborate with others to find unique solutions. Integrity and respect are embedded in the culture here. People are genuinely excited about the work they do and the people they work with.

The nature of work can be fast-paced and ever-changing, which can be challenging, but also rewarding. The company provides plenty of resources to help employees be successful. In addition, the diverse expertise of employees and the company's cooperative environment facilitates opportunities for learning and growth.
