      Laid back warehouse job with no production/rate to meet.

      Cons

      Too laid back sometimes to the point where issues are not addressed by leadership. No disciplinary action towards employees that bully others. Help is only provided if leadership feels like it otherwise you are on your own.

      The insurance, that's it, nothing else.

      Cons

      Favoritism, lies, false points handed out to whomever they don't like, no core values, ZERO COMMUNICATION, vacation accrual system is the worst in the area, do not inform you on when you're required to work OT, PAY IS TERRIBLE FOR PACK TECHS/Machine operators at $18.50, barely $1 more than line workers, no incentives, did I mention Favoritism and Lies?,
