      Benefits are the only good thing from Caterpillar

      The business outlook is horrible. It's a "Good old boys club." Many small layoffs have affected factory workers, but no leaders have been affected.

      It pays the bills but the leadership is not good and the company is not well run, frequent layoffs, poor quality of product.

      Too many incompetent people that do not get released.
