Pros

Great location, growing quickly, lots of room for advancement, really cool work in a fast paced environment especially if you like to learn and contribute. Amazing clients and exciting opportunities. Great compensation and benefits.

Cons

Management and HR are not maturing as quickly as the business so there are severe inconsistencies between actual and intended company culture. They don't do a good job hiring, and they don't do a good job managing performance. They lose some really great people because of an anti-firing/fear-of-firing policy that keeps really poor performing people in place. There are a lot of small cubes for such a cool downtown space. There are managers who yell.

Pros

Great benefits (unlimited pto, work from anywhere), C Suite are approachable, generous bonus/increase program

Cons

There is little to no training, you start working your job the second you walk in the door on your first day. There isn't even an hr orientation really for how to use the system where you request time off. There are very few SOP docs, and what they do have is not accurate, or set up by someone who has no idea how to write SOPs. Certain departments are pretty rude towards others and it makes them unapproachable. However, I recognize that comes down to the management of that team. I'm not sure how they interact with clients so well since they treat intrernal people pretty poorly. There is a lot of favoritism happening that keeps people from getting promoted or even treated well. HR has had a lot of changes lately which I'm not sure is for the best. Even with all these cons, this company is above others I've worked for and because you are so busy all day long, there really isn't time to stop and think about the cons too long. I can see people getting burnt out quick but with the unlimited pto, it can be fixed
