Job is OK, but very toxic place to work - Transportation Supervisor SYGMA Network Employee Review

Toxic, toxic, toxic. Office gossip runs rampant. Disciplinary actions are not confidential. Overworked staff to the point of mental breakdown. 70-80 hour work weeks for most office staff. Drivers are bullied to drive in unsafe conditions in unsafe equipment. Verbal abuse between employees is unchecked and the top just gaslights you to make you feel crazy. They will not hire a department head to lead. Only wants "yes" men.
