      Good environment and friendly helpful employees. They provide decent pay. Growing company which should provide for future opportunities. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Going through growing pains as a company and no clear direction from management. They have a do as I say not as I do mentality.

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
