Upper management doesn't' have a clue how to run the business nor figure out who their customer is. Upper management is also very shortsighted - if it saves a buck now don't go through the expense of making everyone's job easier down the road. Sally doesn't value their employees - it's a revolving door. Way too much workload and low pay. But if you don't like it, quit. Someone is right behind you to take your job.
