      The cafeteria has good good.

      Cons

      Much of upper management is uneducated and posess very little skill. NEPOTISM is by far the worst!! Turnover is horrible for such a small community.

      The people are generally good and want to do a good job.

      Cons

      The largest employer in the area and they know it. Because there are limited opportunities elsewhere; they tend to undervalue good people.
