Pros
There are no pros. This company does not care about people and its very top down. The pay is low, the benefits poor and your career will go into reverse here.
Cons
They did not pay me my last pay check despite promise to do so other wise. Many pay probelms throughout employment which took a long time to resolve. They expect you to come out of pocket first to front all the money for travel expenses as they do not issue corporate cards. It takes them 6 weeks to get your expense reports paid back. They undergo "new ideas" every other week and there is no direction for the company. I have never worked for a company with such an internal focus.
