They are Hiring inexperienced drivers

Cons

It's a management comes first company, only showing Safety big on the outside but they care more about the delivery time. pushing the drivers down 👎, little respect, delivery to unsafe locations, low mileage and pay, missing or refuse to pay for overlays and wait time. Poor planning. Refuse to send you home on your days off. Refuse to provide Hotel when they have to fix the truck at 4am ....ect

Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

Cons

$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
