I've been with the company for about 2 years now and anyone that I have had the pleasure of working with, from upper management to the sales team, has always been a joy to be around. Management, especially, has been great about ongoing training and has provided many growth opportunities. Such a positive and uplifting culture!

None that I've experienced at the moment.

Lots of room for real returns on your work. Lot's of bonus potential, like monthly competitions and good commission. Supportive and welcoming colleagues, and easy access to higher-ups. Great exposure to sales and the broader energy market, teaches you a lot.

Commission is a double-edged sword, with no medical benefits/retirement. NOT FOR EVERYONE, you definitely need to be able to brush stuff off and keep your head up. A lot of driving, of course thats dependent on your commute, but you can be placed in areas across the whole of DFW, and I assume it's the same for Houston. B2B, and D2D, can definitely wear on you and some business owners are more receptive than others.
