      Pros

      Great benefits, at first, and they do offer more PTO than you find at most companies.

      Cons

      They do not care about their employees. Your job is never stable. You are hired for one job, but they would always throw people on the phones because they cannot keep quality people especially with the low pay for anyone not in upper leadership.
