Pros

It is a great place to work, supervisors are very hands-on and available for guidance, the trainings are so well done and so helpful (they prepared me so well for the job!), even though it is a remote/mobile job the company is very good about encouraging in-person opportunities for co-working teams. I met and worked with my coworkers and boss on multiple occasions and it was great! CEO John Dumas makes a huge effort to be present in the company and talks at all company-wide meetings, which is not necessarily common for a CEO. There is a lot of support offered especially since the job can be somewhat challenging, but your supervisors really do want to see you succeed and you can tell that the company is structured in a way that supports your success.

Cons

Billing requirements are strict and very closely monitored/managed but this is obviously common for a company that works with insurance

Cons

- Feast or Famine Workload - Lots of deadlines - Can be overwhelming - MDH expects more from you and underperforms on their part (not an internal issue, but frustrating nonetheless) - Supervisors/management can be hit or miss
