      Constant staff turnover, management behaves like a clique, leadership flip flops on decisions, potential for career advancement only if you are close to the right people, office culture is stale

      This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. Colorado to follow soon.

      This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. The company made $95 million in profit last year because they did not pay overtime, employment taxes, workers comp dues, and social security taxes. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY WORKERS TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON WHEN SHIFT ISSUES OCCUR.

      Cons

      They have no support you can get a response from ever. Do not want to pay you when you have worked extra hours. Still have not received my tax forms.
