      Pros

      Flexible hours, make your own schedule, super easy money

      Cons

      We are contracted to Circle K and most of the Circle K employees hate us and the managers don't like us. Even if you're great at the job, the managers tend to hold every other Shiftsmart mistake over your head. The manager can turn you away, you wont be paid extra if you take longer than the shift is suppose to last, and you wont be paid in full if you finish too fast.

      This company is misclassifying its Shiftsmart workers as Independent Contractors and is currently being sued in California. The company made $95 million in profit last year because they did not pay overtime, employment taxes, workers comp dues, and social security taxes. THEY DO NOT ALLOW ANY WORKERS TO CONTACT A REAL PERSON WHEN SHIFT ISSUES OCCUR.
