Pros

Not much. The team has been decimated.

Cons

The new CEO is in over his head and brought with him people who are ‘yes men’. Leadership lacks transparency. Their only interest is overworking the current team and bringing in lower cost less skilled resources putting more pressure on the experienced resources without acknowledging that. The CEO has made commitments to the team and consistently does not follow through or provide any updates. It has been the saddest thing to watch. The benefits are not market competitive in the United States. When hired you get two weeks of PTO and there is no mechanism to earn more, ever. There is no 401k match offered. They do not offer salary increases on any regular or defined basis. The HR team is a shell that provides no support and does not understand US standards or law. The toxic work environment grinds down the employees. The level of micro management at EVERY level is stunning. Don’t expect to be treated like a professional or be provided the tools required to do your job.

Pros

After working at both small and large companies, I can confidently say I’m really happy I landed at Silverline. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and that sense of kindness and collaboration hasn’t faded. It’s a fantastic group of people to bounce ideas off, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. Jason was absolutely fantastic throughout the interview process. He kept me updated almost daily and clearly puts a lot of care and effort into finding the right person for each role, it really shows. The benefits here are also strong. While the PTO policy is still evolving (currently at 10 days), I actually appreciate the clarity. Unlimited or flexible PTO can sometimes be tricky to navigate, since it’s not always clear what’s “too much” or “too little.” For those in the U.S., the insurance pricing is excellent, and there are a variety of additional benefits offered, including critical illness, accident coverage, legal support, and more. Overall, I can genuinely see myself here for a long time. If you’re considering joining, go for it!!

Cons

PTO policy, but as I mentioned it's a work in progress.

Pros

There once was a lot of cool people working here.

Cons

The acquisition destroyed the company. Benefits are non existent. Culture is gone. Almost anyone who knew what they were doing left and the ones who didn’t wish they had. Avoid at all costs unless you like being miserable and hate employer 401k contributions.
