Pros
Direct interaction with big clients and make big impact to the growth of the company. Great people to work with. Good visibility. Lunch and Snacks. Monotonous work.
Cons
Hectic work culture. More than 10 to 12 hours of work. Meetings at insane hours. Not a place for people who like to spend time with their family or to explore the outside world. One person is hired in place of three, as compared to other companies. Restroom maintenance is bad. Management unaware of employees working overtime, hurting their health and social life. Office infrastructure is bad. No cubicles no privacy (even for meeting rooms). Currently the office space is like a cheap call center. No gym. No coffee machine.
