      Flexible work hours and average benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely slow pace, Yearly performance review and merit based increases are just lip services. No constructive feedback. Promotions and salary increases are based on which team you are in.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.
