They foster collaboration and inclusivity, with team members always willing to assist problem-solving. Whether it's a quick in-person brainstorming session or a virtual Slack huddle, the sense of team-work is always evident. People genuinely care about each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie. My managers have consistently recognized and appreciated my contributions to the organization.I've been given challenging tasks and the leadership team is always available to provide feedback and support.
