Pros

Good Benefits. Located in a nice area. It is a good place holder to have while you look for your dream job.

Cons

Poor management is a serious problem. They will fire employees over issues that management created due to neglect. Certain employees are allowed to be extremely rude with no punishment from management. The pay is not worth the stress as they do not compensate you for the large workload. Extremely high employee turn over rate.

We believe the compensation packages we offer for all of our positions are very competitive. We believe we have a very low turnover and a very high retention rate of very happy employees as displayed on many employment/recruiting platforms from our current and former employees. Slice is always trying to get better in all aspects of an organization including management. Our suggestion is to look past this review and make sure to use all platforms to find dozens of honest positive reviews about how many people LOVE to work for Slice and be part of our mission.

Pros

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
